Planning conditions
- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.
- Rhaid dechrau'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma cyn pen PUM mlynedd o ddyddiad y penderfyniad hwn.
- The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing 507/PBP – Location Plan Drawing Nr 507/10 – Proposed Floor Plan Drawing Nr 507/11 – Proposed Roof Plan Drawing Nr 507/12 – Proposed Elevations and biodiversity enhancement measures.
- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Drawing 507/PBP – Location Plan Drawing Nr 507/10 – Proposed Floor Plan Drawing Nr 507/11 – Proposed Roof Plan Drawing Nr 507/12 – Proposed Elevations and biodiversity enhancement measures.
- The roofing sheets & wall cladding of the new building hereby approved shall be finished in slate grey/BS18 B29 colour.
- Rhaid i ddalennau toi a chladin wal yr adeilad newydd a gymeradwyir drwy hyn gael eu gorffen mewn lliw llechi llwyd /BS18 B29.
- The biodiversity enhancement measures detailed on Drawing Nr 507/12 shall be of woodstone/woodcrete construction and be implemented within 3 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
- Rhaid i'r mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a nodir ar Luniad Rhif 507/12 fod o adeiladwaith carreg bren/concrit pren a dylid eu gweithredu o fewn 3 mis yn dilyn cwblhau sylweddol y datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn a'i gadw wedi hynny.
- To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
- I gydymffurfio a Rhan 91 (fel y diwygiwyd) o'r Ddeddf Gynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990.
- To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.

- To secure biodiversity enhancement in accordance with Strategic Policy D of the adopted Eryri Local Development Plan and paragraph 6.4.5 of Planning Policy Wales.
