- The biodiversity enhancement measures shown on ‘RHIF CYNLLUN - Drawing Nr – 491/12A – Drychiadau Bwriedig – Derbyniwyd 07/12/24’ and the ‘Green Infrastructure Statement dated June 2024’ shall be installed within 3 months of the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted
- Bydd y mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a ddangosir ar 'RHIF CYNLLUN - Lluniad Ger – 491/12A – Drychiadau Bwriedig – derbyn 07/12/24' a'r 'Green Infrastructure Statement dyddiedig Mehefin 2024' a ganiateir drwy hyn, yn cael eu gosod o fewn 3 mis i gwblhau'r gwaith yn sylweddol
- The roof / walls of the building hereby permitted shall be covered with BS18B29 coloured steel box profile sheeting and maintained thereafter
- Rhaid gorchuddio to / muriau'r adeilad a ganiateir drwy hyn, gyda dalennau proffil blwch dur lliw BS18B29 a'u cynnal wedi hynny
- To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
- I gydymffurfio a Rhan 91 (fel y diwygiwyd) o'r Ddeddf Gynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990.
- To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.

- To ensure a satisfactory standard of development and to minimise the risk of unacceptable harm or disturbance to protected species in accordance with Eryri Local Development Plan Policies and in particular Policy D
