Planning conditions
- It is considered that the siting and the design of the development would have an unacceptable impact on the residential amenities of the occupants of the adjacent residential property due to pollution, smell and general disturbance. This would be contrary to the provision of policy DP 1 of the Eryri Local Development Plan, which seeks to ensure that the development is compatible and does not cause significant harm to residential amenity.
