  4.   5. No above-ground development shall take place until full specifications and the colour(s) of the proposed box profile metal sheeting have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority by way of a formal application. The development shall be completed in accordance with the details as may be approved in writing under the provisions of this condition
  6.   7. Prior to the first use of the development hereby approved, the following biodiversity enhancements shall be installed in the positions shown on the plans hereby approved: a) 2 general purpose Woodcrete bat boxes b) 1 Woodcrete bird box The biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification
  8. Cyn defnydd cyntaf y datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn, rhaid gosod y gwelliannau bioamrywiaeth a ganlyn yn y mannau a ddangosir ar y cynlluniau a ganiateir yma: a) 2 flwch ystlumod pwrpas cyffredinol Woodcrete b) 1 blwch adar Woodcrete Rhaid cynnal a chadw'r gwelliannau bioamrywiaeth wedi hynny yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau'r gwneuthurwr a'u cadw am oes y datblygiad, a rhaid i unrhyw rai newydd fod o fanyleb gyfatebol.
  9. No development or site clearance shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority a scheme of landscaping by means of a formal application. The scheme shall include indications of all existing trees (including spread and species) and hedgerows on the land, identify those to be retained and set out measures for their protection throughout the course of development.
  10. Ni chaniateir ymgymryd â gwaith datblygu na chlirio ar y safle hyd nes y bydd cynllun tirlunio wedi ei gyflwyno i’r awdurdod cynllunio lleol, a’i gymeradwyo ar ffurf cais ffurfiol. Bydd y cynllun yn cynnwys manylion yr holl goed (gan gynnwys lledaeniad a rhywogaethau) a gwrychoedd presennol ar y tir, yn nodi’r rhai i'w cadw ac yn nodi mesurau i'w diogelu yn ystod y gwaith datblygu.
  11. All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the occupation of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever is sooner; and any trees or plants which within the period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species.
  12. Rhaid cwblhau’r holl waith plannu, hadu neu dywarchu a gynhwysir yn y manylion tirlunio a gymeradwywyd yn ystod y tymor plannu a hadu cyntaf, ar ôl meddiannu’r adeiladau neu gwblhau’r datblygiad, pa un bynnag a ddaw gyntaf; a bydd yn rhaid plannu coed neu blanhigion newydd o fath a maint cyffelyb yn lle unrhyw rai sy’n cael eu clirio ymaith neu eu difrodi’n ddifrifol neu gael clefyd cyn pen 5 blynedd o gwblhau’r datblygiad, a hynny yn ystod y tymor plannu nesaf.
  13. To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
