Retrospective application for erection of agricultural shed

1. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing No: 2273/01 Revision C Green Infrastructure Statement received on the 17th of April 2025

3. The agricultural building hereby approved shall only be used for the purposes of agriculture and shall not be used for any other purpose.
4. Dim ond at ddibenion amaethyddiaeth y caiff yr adeilad amaethyddol a gymeradwyir drwy hyn ei ddefnyddio ac ni chaiff ei ddefnyddio at unrhyw ddiben arall.
5. The biodiversity enhancement measures contained in the Green Infrastructure Statement and on Drawing No: 2273/01 Rev C shall be carried out in the first planting season following the date of this decision. Any plants which within a period of 5 years, die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species.
6. Rhaid cyflawni'r mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a gynhwysir yn y Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd ac ar Luniad Rhif: 2273/01 Diwyg. C yn y tymor plannu cyntaf yn dilyn dyddiad y penderfyniad hwn. Rhaid disodli unrhyw blanhigion sydd, o fewn cyfnod o 5 mlynedd, yn marw, yn cael eu tynnu neu'n cael eu difrodi'n ddifrifol neu'n glefyd yn y tymor plannu nesaf gydag eraill o faint a rhywogaeth debyg.
7. Prior to the installation of any external lighting on the building, full details shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by means of a formal application to the Local Planning Authority.
8. Cyn gosod unrhyw oleuadau allanol ar yr adeilad, rhaid cyflwyno manylion llawn i'r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol a'u cytuno'n ysgrifenedig trwy gais ffurfiol iddo.

13. To secure biodiversity enhancement in accordance with Strategic Policy D of the adopted Eryri Local Development Plan and paragraph 6.4.5 of Planning Policy Wales.
14. Er mwyn sicrhau gwelliant bioamrywiaeth yn unol â Pholisi Strategol D o Gynllun Datblygu Lleol Eryri a fabwysiadwyd a pharagraff 6.4.5 o Bolisi Cynllunio Cymru.
15. To minimise the risk of unacceptable harm or disturbance to protected species in accordance with Eryri Local Development Plan Policies and in particular Development Policy D and to safeguard the Eryri National Parks International Dark Sky Reserve.
16. I leihau'r risg o niwed neu aflonyddwch annerbyniol i rywogaethau gwarchodedig yn unol â Pholisïau Cynllun Datblygu Lleol Eryri ac yn benodol Polisi Datblygu D ac i ddiogelu Gwarchodfa Awyr Dywyll Ryngwladol Parciau Cenedlaethol Eryri.
