- The applicant/developer shall ensure that the Biodiversity Enhancement measures detailed in Green Infrastructure Statement dated 13/03/26 shall be followed and implemented in full within 3 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
- No surface water from any increase in the roof area of the building /or impermeable surfaces within its curtilage shall be allowed to drain directly or indirectly to the public sewerage system.
