- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Location Plan, Rev A Drawing No 115/003B – Proposed Site Plan /External Works Drawing No 115/006E – Proposed Elevations and Biodiversity Enhancement Measures Drawing No 115/013 – Wider Site Plan Drawing no 115/017 Proposed Ground Floor Plan Green Infrastructure Statement dated 13th March 2026 Heritage Impact Statement and Access Statement – March 2026
- The roof of the extension shall be covered in natural Welsh mineral slate or slates of the equivalent colour, texture and weathering characteristics as the slates on the main roof of the dwelling house and maintained thereafter.
- Rhaid gorchuddio to'r estyniad â llechi mwynau naturiol o Gymru neu lechi o'r un lliw, gwead a nodweddion tywyddio â'r llechi ar brif do'r t"} annedd a'i gynnal wedi hynny.
- The materials to be used in the construction of the external walls of the extension shall be constructed with materials of the same type, texture and colour as the external walls of the existing dwelling.
- Bydd y deunyddiau a fydd yn cael eu defnyddio i adeiladu waliau allanol yr estyniad yn cael eu hadeiladu â deunyddiau o'r un math, gwead a lliw â waliau allanol yr anedd presennol.
- The biodiversity enhancement measure shown on Drawing no DRG 115/013 ‘Wider Site Plan wildflower meadow received on the 04/02/2025 shall be implemented within 3 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
- Rhaid gweithredu'r mesur gwella bioamrywiaeth a ddangosir ar Luniad rhif DRG 115/013 'Cynllun Safle Ehangach dôl blodau gwyllt' a dderbyniwyd ar 04/02/2025 o fewn 3 mis yn dilyn cwblhau sylweddol y datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn a'i gadw wedi hynny.
