- Within three months of the commencement of the development, the biodiversity enhancements specified in the Green Infrastructure Statement (received 03.02.25) hereby approved shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions (where applicable) and facing a warm, sunny aspect. These biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be retained for the lifetime of the development; any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.

- If the development hereby approved becomes redundant or obsolete, then the air source heat pump and all associated external equipment and fixtures must be removed within six months of the development ceasing to operate.
