- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

- If the PV panels and associated equipment become redundant or obsolete, then the PV panels and all associated equipment must be removed within six months of the development ceasing to operate and the site restored to its former condition.
- Os bydd y paneli PV a'r offer cysylltiedig yn dod yn ddiangen neu'n hen ffasiwn, yna rhaid cael gwared ar y paneli PV a'r holl offer cysylltiedig o fewn chwe mis i'r datblygiad roi'r gorau i weithredu ac adfer y safle i'w gyflwr blaenorol.
- The hereby approved PV panels shall be of the non-reflective type and retained as such thereafter.

- The biodiversity enhancement measures contained in the hereby approved ‘Green Infrastructure Statement – dated 18th July 2025’ and shown on document ‘Block Plan - Solar PV Installation – drawn by L. Rainford’ received on the 18th June 2025 shall be implemented in full within 6 months of the substantial completion of the development.
- Rhaid gweithredu'r mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a gynhwysir yn y 'Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd - dyddiedig 18 Gorffennaf 2025' a gymeradwyir drwy hyn ac a ddangosir ar y ddogfen 'Cynllun Bloc - Gosodiad PV Heulol / Solar - wedi'i lunio gan L. Rainford' a dderbyniwyd ar 18 Mehefin 2025 yn llawn o fewn 6 mis wedi cwblhad sylweddol o'r datblygiad.
- To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
