  4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Drawing number N. 1/23 01 – Block and Location Plan Drawing number N. 1/23 07 – Proposed Lower Ground Floor Drawing number N. 1/23 08 – Proposed Ground Floor Drawing number N. 1/23 08 – Proposed Second Floor Drawing number N. 1/23 11 – Proposed Elevations including Biodiversity Enhancement Measures.
  5. The biodiversity enhancement measures as set out in “Green Infrastructure Statement (received 29/10/24)” shall be implemented within 3 months from the date of this decision notice and retained thereafter.
  6. Bydd y mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a nodir yn “Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd (derbyniwyd 29/10/24)” yn cael eu gweithredu o fewn 3 mis o ddyddiad y rhybudd penderfyniad hwn a'u cadw wedi hynny.
  7. To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
