Replace existing shelter with ‘eco’ toilet on 10th tee

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: • Location Plan • Site Plan • Plan of Eco Toilet • Green Infrastructure Statement September 2025 • Biodiversity Enhancement Details received 15/10/2025 • Composting Details – Received 17/10/2025
4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: • Location Plan • Site Plan • Plan of Eco Toilet • Green Infrastructure Statement Medi 2025 • Biodiversity Enhancement Details Derbynwyd 15/10/2025 • Composting Details – Derbynwyd 17/10/2025
5. The external timber cladding of the Eco toilet hereby approved shall be painted green to match the existing structures on the Royal St. Davids Golf course

7. The biodiversity enhancement measures detailed in the submitted Green Infrastructure Statement and plan dated 15/10/2025 shall be implemented within 6 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter
8. Rhaid gweithredu'r mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a nodir yn y Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd a'r cynllun a gyflwynwyd dyddiedig 15/10/2025 o fewn 6 mis yn dilyn cwblhau sylweddol y datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn a'u cadw wedi hynny
9. To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
