The biodiversity enhancement measures shown in Figure 10 in section 10 of ecology report ‘The Bloomeries, Coed y Brenin – Proposed footpath surfacing – Preliminary Ecological Assessment – 5th November 2024 – Cambrian Ecology Ltd (C. Hall), shall take place within 3 months of the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted.
4All work shall be carried out during daylight hours and no artificial lighting shall be installed during the development works without prior approval from the Local Planning Authority.
