1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

5. 3Notwithstanding the details hereby approved, the original exposed timber roof beams, frames, lintels, supporting timbers, and later Georgian era panelling shall be left unaltered and retained in their historic finish as indicated in the approved documents.
