- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Location Plan Drawing Pengwern D1– Pengwern Access Plan View Drawing PENG3 151021 – Cross Section Visibility Splays Pengwern Drawing Number: WMPPENGWERN 01 – Water Management Plan Drawing Number: PEN161121G6 – Work Map Pengwern Green Infrastructure Statement – received 29/09/25
- The use of the land hereby permitted shall be discontinued and the land restored to its former condition on or before 01/10/2027 unless by that time an extension of the period has been approved by the Local Planning Authority.
- Rhaid rhoi'r gorau i ddefnyddio'r tir a ganiateir drwy hyn a dylid adfer y tir i'w gyflwr blaenorol ar neu cyn 01/10/2027 oni bai bod estyniad i'r cyfnod wedi'i gymeradwyo gan yr Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol erbyn hynny.
- The applicant/developer shall ensure that further Biodiversity enhancement for the site in the form of planting native broadleaved trees, as detailed in Green Infrastructure Statement (received 29/09/25), shall be followed and implemented in full within 6 months following completion of development and maintained thereafter.
- Rhaid i'r ymgeisydd/datblygwr sicrhau bod gwelliant Bioamrywiaeth pellach ar gyfer y safle ar ffurf plannu coed llydanddail brodorol, fel y manylir yn y Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd (a dderbyniwyd 29/09/25), yn cael ei ddilyn a'i weithredu'n llawn o fewn 6 mis ar ôl cwblhau'r datblygiad a'i gynnal wedi hynny.
- Signs and their placement should be in accordance with the Traffic Signs Manual and the approved traffic management layout drawings.
