- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Drawing E4/25 01 – Location Plan -. received on 04/12/25 Drawing QF-2922 - 4M Flat-Pack Store unit Elevations and Sectional Plan – received on 04/12/25 Green Infrastructure Plan – received 24/11/25
- The roofing sheets & wall cladding of the new building hereby approved shall be finished in slate grey/BS18 B29 colour.
- The applicant/developer shall ensure that the Biodiversity Enhancement detailed in the Green Infrastructure dated 24/11/2025 shall be followed and implemented in full within 3 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
- Rhaid gorffen y dalennau toi a'r cladin wal yr adeilad newydd a gymeradwyir drwy hyn mewn lliw llechi llwyd /BS18 B29.
