- 3) The limestone of the hereby approved porch shall match that of the existing limestone at Cors y Gedol Farmhouse.
- 4) Before the new doors are installed, details of the colour/finish and any door furniture in the form of scale drawings, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority by means of a formal application. The works shall be carried out only in accordance with the agreed details.
- 5) Details of any services required for the hereby approved shower room and WC shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority by means of a formal application. The works shall be carried out only in accordance with the agreed details.
