- 3No external works shall be carried out between the 1st of April and the 30th of September inclusive in any calendar year unless a Preliminary Ecological Appraisal is carried out and submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval by means of a formal application. The work will be carried out according to the findings of this report.
- 4Notwithstanding the approved biodiversity enhancement measures shown on drawing number ‘Proposed works to: Cors y Gedol Farm, Dyffryn Ardudwy, Site layout plan, Drawing reference: 419(3)02, Date: 07/10/24’, a woodcrete crevice dwelling bat box shall be located on a south facing elevation, in leu of that proposed on the north elevation, as compensation for bats at a minimum height of 3m and shall remain free from artificial illumination. The bat box and bird boxes (in accordance with the approved plans) shall be installed within 3 months of the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted.
- To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
