- If the hereby approved photovoltaic panels and associated equipment become redundant or obsolete, then the photovoltaic panels and all associated equipment must be removed within six months of the development ceasing to operate and the site restored to its former condition

- No development shall commence until a bat Conservation Plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Conservation Plan should include: o Details of timing, phasing and duration of construction activities and conservation measures i.e. works should only be carried out between the months of October and March o Actions to be taken in event previously unidentified bat features are found o Ecological Compliance Audit, including key performance indicators o Persons responsible for implementing the works o Details of measures to prevent or reduce incidental capture or killing The bat Conservation Plan shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details

No works shall be undertaken inside the roof void
