  5. Prior to the installation of the solar panels and associated equipment hereby approved, full manufactures details shall be submitted and approved by means of a formal application to the Local Planning Authority
  6. Cyn gosod y paneli solar a'r offer cysylltiedig a ganiateir drwy hyn, rhaid cyflwyno a chymeradwyo manylion gweithgynhyrchu llawn trwy gais ffurfiol i'r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol
  7. At the end of its life span or use, whichever is the sooner, the solar panels hereby permitted and associated equipment shall be removed and the roof restored to its former condition
  8. Ar ddiwedd ei oes neu ei ddefnydd, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf, rhaid symud y paneli solar a ganiateir drwy hyn a'r offer cysylltiedig ac adfer y to i'w gyflwr blaenorol
  9. To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
