The biodiversity enhancement measure detailed on the Green Infrastructure Statement received on 12/05/25 shall be implemented within 3 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
No surface water from any increase in the roof area of the building /or impermeable surfaces within its curtilage shall be allowed to drain directly or indirectly to the public sewerage system.

This document represents established best practice, and its implementation provides confidence in preventing uncontrolled discharges to the surrounding habitats. • To safeguard potential animals that could be moving through the site the following RAMs relating to terrestrial mammals will be implemented where applicable. The creation of sloping escape ramps (mammal ladders) for badgers, hedgehogs (and other mammals potentially may be pass through the site), which may be achieved by edge - profiling of trenches/excavations or by using planks placed into them at the end of each working day.
