Planning conditions
- The proposed dwellings, because of their design and collective massing would not be compatible with the capacity and character of the site and locality within which it is located. As, such, the proposal conflicts with Development Policy 1 and 6 of the adopted Eryri Local Development Plan.
- The proposed dwellings, by reason of their siting, form and character is considered to be an overdevelopment of the site and consequently the development is not compatible with the capacity and character of the site and locality within which it is located, contrary to policy DP1 of the adopted Eryri Local Development Plan 2016-2031.
