  1. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Location Plan Drawing No: AL02.02 Rev B - Proposed Elevations and biodiversity enhancement. Drawing No: AL02.03 – Proposed Ground Floor Layout
  2. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Site Location Plan Drawing No: AL02.02 Rev B - Proposed Elevations and biodiversity enhancement. Drawing No: AL02.03 – Proposed Ground Floor Layout
  3. The roof of the extensions shall be covered with blue-grey slates from the Blaenau Ffestiniog area, or slates with equivalent colour, texture and weathering characteristics details of which shall be provided and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. (Retained thereafter)
  4. Mae'n rhaid i do'r estyniadau gael ei orchuddio gyda llechi llwydlas o ardal Blaenau Ffestiniog, neu lechi gyda nodweddion lliw, gwead a hindreuliad tebyg fel y cymeradwyir yn ysgrifenedig gan yr Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol. (A'u cadw wedi hynny).
  5. The external timber cladding to the extension shall be finished with a clear stain in accordance with the details received by email on the 11/02/19 in connection with application reference NP5/58/615 and shall at all times thereafter be maintained in that finish.
  6. Bydd y cladin pren allanol i'r estyniad yn cael ei orffen gyda staen clir yn unol â'r manylion a dderbyniwyd drwy e-bost ar y 11/02/19 mewn cysylltiad â cyfeirnod cais NP5/58/615 a bydd bob amser wedi hynny yn cael ei gynnal yn y gorffeniad hwnnw.
  7. To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.

  9. To ensure a satisfactory standard of appearance of the development and the use of appropriate local building materials, in accordance with Eryri Local Development Plan Policies 2016-2031 and in particular policies 1, 6 and A.
