- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: • Location Plan - plan reference: #00982972-5C8127 • Drawing Roof Over Yard Faeldre (1) • Drawing Roof Over Yard Faeldre (2) • Green Infrastructure Statement and accompanying plan, dated and received on 15/07/25
- The roofing sheets of the new building hereby approved shall be finished in slate grey/BS18 B29 colour.
- Dylai dalennau to'r adeilad newydd a gymeradwyir drwy hyn gael eu gorffen mewn lliw llwyd llechi/BS18 B29.
- The biodiversity enhancement measures detailed in the Green Infastructure Statement received on the 15/07/25 shall be implemented within 3 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
- Dylai'r mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a nodir yn y Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd a dderbyniwyd ar 15/07/25 gael eu gweithredu o fewn 3 mis yn dilyn cwblhau sylweddol y datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn a'i gadw felly wedi hynny.
- The bird boxes shall be installed on the north/north-east elevation and shall be of woodstone/woodcrete construction and shall be installed within 3 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
- Dylai'r blychau adar gael eu gosod ar y drychiad gogleddol/gogledd-ddwyreiniol a byddant o adeiladwaith carreg bren/concrit pren a rhaid eu gosod o fewn 3 mis yn dilyn cwblhau sylweddol y datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn a'i gadw wedi hynny.
- All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first use or the completion of the development, whichever is sooner; and any trees or plants which within the period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species.

- Advisory Best Practise should be adopted on site, this is laid out in document gpp6-working-on-construction-and-demolition-sites.pdf (netregs.org.uk), this shall be implemented and followed in full where applicable. The removal of the hedgerow should take place outside of the bird nesting season (February to August inclusive), unless surveyed by a suitable experienced ecologist no more than 48hrs before the commencement of works. If nesting birds or signs of nesting activity are discovered, all works must be postponed until the last chick has fledged.
