- Within 3 months of the date of this decision, the approved cladding shall be installed to the southern elevation in accordance with the approved plans
- O fewn 3 mis o ddyddiad y penderfyniad hwn, rhaid gosod y cladin a gymeradwyir ar yr edrychiad deheuol yn unol a'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd
- The biodiversity enhancement measures shown on Drawing Number 1682-1GP02B Plan and Elevations and the Green Infrastructure Statement, Dated 15 August 2024, shall be installed within 3 months of the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted.
