- 1) The use of PVC external cladding would constitute an unwarranted intrusion detrimental to the traditional character of the area and introduce materials which are alien to the locality. The proposal is therefore contrary to Development Policies 1 and 6, and Strategic Policy A of the adopted Eryri Local Development Plan.
