- The roof of the dwellinghouse /bungalow / building/extension shall be covered with blue-grey slates from the Blaenau Ffestiniog area, or slates with equivalent colour, texture and weathering characteristics details of which shall be provided and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. (Retained thereafter)
