  5. Before the installation of the door shown on the drawing reference 031-VHA-700-011 REV A, the following details shall be submitted by way of a formal application and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority: - Colour (including RAL number) of the paint to be applied to the front door. - Full specifications of all door furniture. The details approved in writing under the provisions of this condition shall be implemented in the installation of the door shown on the drawing reference 031-VHA-700-011 REV A, and any repainting and replacement(s) shall be of the same specification thereafter
  6. Following the removal of ceilings at the ground floor level, a survey of all architectural detailing present within the building, together with a proposed schedule of works in relation to them, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be undertaken in accordance with the details as may be approved in writing under the provisions of this condition
