- The biodiversity enhancements in the Design, Access and Heritage Statement (September 2025) Rev A, shall be maintained and retained for the lifetime of the development hereby approved; where applicable, any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
- No surface water from any increase in the roof area of the development shall be allowed to drain directly or indirectly to the public sewerage system.
- To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
