  5. Before the first use of the development hereby approved, the bat roost and shown on drawing ‘Bat Mitigation Strategy D950.07’ shall be completed, and it shall be maintained and retained for the lifetime of the development hereby approved; any repairs shall be of an equivalent specification

  9. The roof of the development shall be covered in natural Welsh mineral slate or slates of the equivalent colour, texture and weathering characteristics as the slates on the main roof of the dwelling house and maintained thereafter
