  5. Before the commencement of the internal works, hereby approved, a photographic survey of the interior of the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority by way of a formal application

  7. Before the operational use of the Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP), hereby approved, the timber screen shown on the Heritage Impact Assessment P07 (May 2006) (HIA) shall be completed. The timber screen shown on the HIA shall thereafter be retained for the lifetime of the ASHP hereby approved, and any replacements shall be completed in accordance with the HIA
  8. Cyn defnyddio'r pwmp gwres ffynhonnell aer (ASHP) a gymeradwyir drwy hyn at ddibenion gweithredol, rhaid cwblhau'r sgrin bren a ddangosir yn yr Asesiad o'r Effaith ar Dreftadaeth P07 (Mai 2006) (HIA).
