  5. No external works, including demolition, to which this permission relates shall take place on site between the 1st of April and the 30th of September inclusive in any calendar year.

  7. The timber cladding on the hereby approved extension shall be left to weather and silver naturally, as stipulated in the hereby approved document ‘D – 133- Heritage Impact Statement - LLETY CLYD & BWTHYN GLANWNION, DOLGELLAU – Rev: P01 – dated May 2025’, and shall be retained as such thereafter.
  8.   9. To comply with the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023.
