Planning conditions
- The Listed Building Consent hereby permits the retention of works implemented and its completion in accordance with the application form and the Heritage Impact Assessment.
- Mae'r Caniatâd Adeilad Rhestredig drwy hyn yn caniatáu cadw'r gwaith a wnaed a'i gwblhau yn unol â'r ffurflen gais a'r Asesiad o'r Effaith ar Dreftadaeth.
- Prior to the installation of any vinyl letters or logos on the shop windows, its colour, size and design shall be submitted by way of a formal application and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The works shall thereafter be undertaken in accordance with the details as may be approved in writing under the provisions of this condition.
