Listed Building Consent for replacement external door and rear extension

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

3. 4. 5. Before any above ground works commence on the extension hereby approved, full details of the roofing materials, and finishes to be used on the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in complete accordance with these approved details.

7. All gutters, downpipes, soil and vent pipes and other external plumbing in works hereby approved shall be of cast iron or cast aluminium.
8. Bydd yr holl gwteri, pibellau, pibellau pridd ac awyru a phlymwaith allanol eraill mewn gwaith a gymeradwywyd trwy hyn fod o haearn bwrw neu alwminiwm bwrw.
