- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.
- Rhaid dechrau'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma cyn pen PUM mlynedd o ddyddiad y penderfyniad hwn.
- The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans and details contained within the application form, and in any other documents accompanying the application, unless condition(s) to amend them is/are included on this planning decision notice: 26/25/ - P1 – Stair Lift – George + Tomos – dated May 2026 1 Idris Terrace - Planning Design Report including Heritage Impact Assessment - May 2026 Location Plan – produced 9th June 2026.
- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod a’r manylion a gynhwysir yn y ffurflen gais, ac mewn unrhyw ddogfennau eraill sy'n cyd-fynd â'r cais, oni bai bod amod(au) i'w diwygio wedi'u cynnwys ar yr hysbysiad penderfyniad cynllunio hwn: 26/25/ - P1 – Stair Lift – George + Tomos – dated May 2026 1 Idris Terrace - Planning Design Report including Heritage Impact Assessment - May 2026 Location Plan – produced 9th June 2026.
- If the hereby approved stairlift becomes redundant or obsolete, then the stairlift and all associated equipment must be removed within six months of the development ceasing to operate and the site restored to its former condition.
- To comply with Section 98 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023.

- To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.
