- No works shall commence until full specifications of all bat roosts which would be retained or created as part of these works, including full specifications illustrated on architectural plans shall be submitted by way of a formal application and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The works shall thereafter be undertaken in accordance with the details as may be approved in writing under the provisions of this condition.

A separate European Protected Species Licence will be required from Natural Resources Wales.
