The biodiversity enhancement measures provided in the form of 2 nesting provision for swifts as shown on drawing ‘Ty/1694/PL02C – Proposed Side Elevation – Received 08/09/2025’ shall be implemented in full within 6 months of the substantial completion of the development. The nesting boxes shall be of a woodcrete/woodstone construction and fitted as per the manufacturer's instruction
