- Prior to the substantial completion of the development hereby approved proposed biodiversity enhancements shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved biodiversity enhancements shall be implemented prior to the use of the development hereby approved and shall thereafter be maintained and retained for the lifetime of the development.
