  4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Location 0895-L101 Rev B Proposed General Purpose Agricultural Shed 0895-A101 Rev B Site 0895-S101 Rev C TD10000P Water Tank
  5. Prior to the first use of the development hereby approved, the approved biodiversity enhancements shown on Drawing '0895-A101 Rev B' (Biodiversity Enhancements) shall be installed, and they shall be maintained and retained for the lifetime of the development hereby approved; any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification
  6. Cyn defnyddio'r datblygiad a gymeradwyir drwy hyn am y tro cyntaf, rhaid gosod y gwelliannau bioamrywiaeth cymeradwy a ddangosir ar Gynllun '0895-A101 Rev.   7. All planting and seeding comprised in the approved landscaping details shown on Drawing '0895-S101 Rev C' shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the occupation of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever is sooner; and any trees or plants which within the period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species
  8.   9. All construction works, including site clearance in connection with the development hereby approved, shall at the end of each working day: - Provide sloping escape ramps for mammals from any trenches and/or excavations. - Cap all open pipework greater than 200 mm in diameter
  10. Rhaid i bob gwaith adeiladu, gan gynnwys clirio safle mewn cysylltiad â'r datblygiad a gymeradwyir drwy hyn, ar ddiwedd pob diwrnod gwaith: - Darparu rampiau dianc ar oleddf i famaliaid o unrhyw ffosydd a/neu gloddiadau. - Capio pob pibellwaith agored sy'n fwy na 200 mm mewn diamedr
  11. Prior to the installation of any external/internal lighting in connection with the development hereby approved, a Lighting Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Lighting Plan shall provide a full specification(s) of all external lighting (Approved Specification). The Lighting Plan shall be designed to consider the advice on lighting set out in the Bat Conservation Trust’s Guidance Note 08/18 Bats and artificial lighting in the UK. The installation of all external lighting in connection with the development hereby approved shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved Lighting Plan, and the Approved Specification in the Lighting Plan shall be retained for the lifetime of the development hereby approved
  12. Cyn gosod unrhyw oleuadau allanol/mewnol mewn cysylltiad â'r datblygiad a gymeradwyir drwy hyn, rhaid cyflwyno Cynllun Goleuo i'r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol a'i gymeradwyo'n ysgrifenedig ganddo. Rhaid i'r Cynllun Goleuo ddarparu manyleb(au) llawn o'r holl oleuadau allanol (Manyleb Gymeradwy). Rhaid cynllunio'r Cynllun Goleuo i ystyried y cyngor ar oleuadau a nodir yn Nodyn Canllaw 08/18 Ystlumod a goleuadau artiffisial yn y DU gan Ymddiriedolaeth Cadwraeth Ystlumod. Rhaid gosod yr holl oleuadau allanol mewn cysylltiad â'r datblygiad a gymeradwyir drwy hyn yn llym yn unol â'r Cynllun Goleuo cymeradwy, a rhaid cadw'r Fanyleb Gymeradwy yn y Cynllun Goleuo am oes y datblygiad a gymeradwyir drwy hyn
  13. The construction of the development (including ground works/clearance and demolitions) shall not take place outside the hours of 08.00 to 18.00 Mondays to Fridays and 08.00 to 13.00 on Saturdays and at no time on Sundays or Public Holidays

  15. No livestock, slurry/sewage sludge or manure shall be stored in the development hereby approved

  17. The wall on the south elevation of the building shall be completed in accordance with drawing ‘0895-A101 Rev B’ before the first use of the building. The wall on the south elevation of the building shall thereafter be retained and maintained in accordance with the drawing ‘0895-A101 Rev B’ for the lifetime of the development hereby approved.
