Planning conditions
- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

- Within 3 months of the substantial completion of the development hereby approved, the following shall be installed in the position shown on the plans hereby approved: 1 Woodstone swift nest box. The biodiversity enhancement shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development; any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification
