- The slate porch roof of the development hereby approved shall be covered with blue-grey slates from the Blaenau Ffestiniog area or slates with equivalent colour, texture, and weathering characteristics details of which shall be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before their installation on the roof of the development. The slate specification as may be approved under this planning condition shall thereafter be retained for the lifetime of the development and any replacement(s) shall be of an equivalent colour, texture and weathering characteristics

- Before the first use of the development hereby approved the following biodiversity enhancements shall be installed in the positions shown on the plans hereby approved: - 2 Woodstone Alicante open nest boxes. The biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification
