  2. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a dogfennau a gymeradwywyd isod: Location Plan (24/10/24) Block Plan (24/10/24) North Elevation (24/10/24) Retrospective Green Infrastructure Statement for Installation of a 7kW Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) at Glannant, Tywyn, Gwynedd LL36 9PH Air Source Heat Pump Noise Level Calculation Arotherm Plus (Technical Data)
  3. Within 3 months of the planning permission hereby approved a bird box (having a 32mm diameter hole) shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions in the position indicated shown on the plans hereby approved. The bird box (having a 32mm diameter hole) shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, any replacements shall be of the same specification.
  4. O fewn 3 mis i’r caniatâd cynllunio a ganiateir drwy hyn rhaid gosod blwch adar (gyda thwll 32mm o ddiamedr) yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau’r gwneuthurwr yn y safle a nodir ar y cynlluniau a ganiateir yma.   5. If the development hereby approved becomes redundant or obsolete, then the air source heat pump and all associated external equipment and fixtures must be removed within six months of the development ceasing to operate.
