- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

- 3) Prior to the first use of the development hereby approved, the following biodiversity shall be installed in the positions shown on the plans hereby approved: - 5 bee bricks - 2 Schwegler sparrow terraces The biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development. any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.

- The roof of the extension shall be covered in natural Welsh mineral slate or slates of the equivalent colour, texture and weathering characteristics as the slates on the main roof of the dwelling house and maintained thereafter.
