  5. 3) Within 3 months of the substantial completion of the development hereby approved, the following biodiversity enhancement shall be installed in accordance with the approved Green Infrastructure Statement & Biodiversity Enhancement Scheme 19.08.26 (received email 26.08.26 15:46): 1 RSPB Classic Nest Box The biodiversity enhancement shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development; any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
