- All mitigation measures and recommendations set out within Section 4 and 7 of the submitted and hereby approved 'Bryn Llinos Bat Survey Report (26/09/24)' shall be implemented in full and adhered to at all times.
- All biodiversity enhancement measures outlined within Section 6 of the submitted and hereby approved Bryn Llinos Bat Survey Report (26/09/24)' and shown on the submitted and hereby approved OBS-2023-065 GA007 – Proposed Elevations (26/09/24)' shall be implemented in full within 3 months of substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter
