- All mitigation measures outlined within Section 7 of the hereby approved ‘Pen y Banc Bat Survey report’ and as shown on the proposed elevation plans detailed above shall be adhered to at all times
- Rhaid cadw at yr holl fesurau lliniaru a amlinellir yn Adran 7 o'r 'Pen y Banc Bat Survey report’ a ganiateir yma ac fel y dangosir ar y cynlluniau drychiad arfaethedig a nodir uchod bob amser.
- All biodiversity enhancement measures outlined within Section 8 of the ‘Pen y Banc Bat Survey report’ and detailed on the ‘Green Infrastructure Plan SB1 02’ shall be implemented within 6 months following completion of development and maintained thereafter
- Bydd yr holl fesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a amlinellir yn Adran 8 o'r ‘Pen y Banc Bat Survey report’ ac y manylir arnynt ar y ‘Green Infrastructure Plan SB1 02’ yn cael eu gweithredu o fewn 6 mis ar ôl cwblhau’r datblygiad a’u cynnal wedi hynny
- To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
