External alterations to existing hall to relocated entrance and form accessible ramp access

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.
2. Rhaid dechrau'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma cyn pen PUM mlynedd o ddyddiad y penderfyniad hwn.
3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: • 2242/01 Rev. A Neuadd Llanfachreth (05/08/24); • Biodiversity Enhancement Measures & Green Infrastructure Statement (05/08/24);
4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: • 2242/01 Rev. A Neuadd Llanfachreth (05/08/24); • Biodiversity Enhancement Measures & Green Infrastructure Statement (05/08/24);
5. All biodiversity enhancement measures shown on the submitted and hereby approved ‘2242/01 Rev. A Neuadd Llanfachreth (05/08/24)’ shall be implemented within 3 months of the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted.
6. Bydd yr holl fesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a ddangosir ar ‘2242/01 Rev. A Neuadd Llanfachreth (05/08/24)’ a gyflwynwyd ac a gymeradwyir yma, yn cael eu gweithredu o fewn 3 mis i gwblhau’r datblygiad yn sylweddol
7. To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

9. To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.
