- All biodiversity enhancement measures set out in the hereby approved ‘Green Infrastructure Statement & Biodiversity Enhancement Scheme’ shall be followed and implemented within 6 months following the date of this decision notice. Consideration must be given in respect to the planting of trees and the location of any existing underground services, along with the use of Invasive Non-Native Species.

- The hereby approved shed shall be stained dark brown to match the principal chalet and neighbouring chalets. Such staining shall be undertaken no later than twelve months from the date of this decision notice

- No exterior lighting shall be installed onto the development without the prior submission of a formal lighting plan, to be approved by means of a formal application to this Authority

- The building subject of this permission shall be used only as a domestic garden shed as shown in drawing ‘Planning application pent shed and campervan, Pg 1 of 2’ and stated in ‘Response to comments on planning applications for shed and campervan at 11 Bryniau’ on the 08/08/24. The development shall not be used for any other purpose of the Schedule to the Town and County Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended).
