- The Mitigation Measures outlined in Section 8 of the hereby approved ‘Llwyn y Sarn, Rhydymain – Proposed Barn Demolition and Replacement – Preliminary Ecological Appraisal 21st November 2022’ shall be followed and implemented in full.
- Bydd y Mesurau Lliniaru a amlinellir yn Adran 8 o’r ddogfen ‘Llwyn y Sarn, Rhydymain – Dymchwel Ysgubor Arfaethedig ac Amnewid – Arfarniad Ecolegol Rhagarweiniol 21 Tachwedd 2022’ a gymeradwyir yma yn cael eu dilyn a’u gweithredu’n llawn.
- The Biodiversity Enhancement outlined in Section 9 of the hereby approved ‘Llwyn y Sarn, Rhydymain – Proposed Barn Demolition and Replacement – Preliminary Ecological Appraisal 21st November 2022’ shall be followed and implemented in full.
- Bydd y Gwelliant Bioamrywiaeth a amlinellir yn Adran 9 o’r ddogfen ‘Llwyn y Sarn, Rhydymain – Dymchwel Ysgubor Arfaethedig ac Amnewid – Arfarniad Ecolegol Rhagarweiniol 21 Tachwedd 2022’ yn cael ei ddilyn a’i weithredu’n llawn.
- No exterior light shall be installed onto the development without the prior submission of a formal lighting plan to the authority for approval.

- The doors and wall cladding of the new building hereby approved shall be finished in slate blue-grey colour.
