The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: • Glasfryn Station Road Bala (Site Plan) (20th July 2024); • Heritage Impact Statement 2 Station Road Bala (01/08/24); • LG Builds Method Statement (30-09-24); • Details relating to Render Specification contained in an email dated 15th of October 2024 from Louise Abrahams and limewash paint contained in an email from the applicant Paul Tizzard dated the 18th of August 2024.
