Planning conditions
- By reason of their form and materials the PVC-U windows cause significant harm to the appearance and special historic and architectural character of the traditional building; and are unsympathetic to their surroundings, the proposal is considered contrary to policies SP A, DP 1, SP Ff, DP 6 and DP 7 of the Eryri Local Development Plan.
- Oherwydd eu ffurf a'u deunyddiau mae'r ffenestri PVC-U yn achosi niwed sylweddol i edrychiad a chymeriad hanesyddol a phensaernïol arbennig yr adeilad traddodiadol; ac yn anghydnaws â'u hamgylchedd, ystyrir bod y cynnig yn groes i bolisïau SP A, DP 1, SP Ff, DP 6 a DP 7 o Gynllun Datblygu Lleol Eryri.
- By reason of their form and materials the PVC-U windows fail to protect or enhance the character or appearance of the conservation area and the settings of nearby listed buildings, which is contrary to policies SP A, DP 1, SP Ff, DP 6 and DP 7 of the Eryri Local Development Plan.
- Oherwydd eu ffurf a'u deunyddiau, nid yw'r ffenestri PVC-U yn diogelu na gwella cymeriad nac edrychiad yr ardal gadwraeth nac ychwaith gosodiad adeiladau rhestredig cyfagos, sy'n groes i bolisïau SP A, DP 1, SP Ff, DP 6 a DP 7 o Gynllun Datblygu Lleol Eryri.
